Nutrition Month: My Simple Contribution

             Nutrition Month: My Simple Contribution

The theme "Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin." This theme highlights the importance of making our nutrition a priority. It reminds us that having enough healthy and safe food is not just a need, it is a right. The first thing we did it to plan for the preparation for the food fest.

Celebrating nutrition month is important because it helps us understand the value of eating a healthy   food everyday. Good nutrition helps us grow strong, stay active, and avoid sickness. It also helps us focus better in school and improve our overall well- being. By learning about nutrition, we also become aware of the problems others face, like not having enough food or access to healthy meals. This teaches us to become more responsible and caring, not just for ourselves, but also for others in need.

As part of this year's celebration, I proudly joined our schools' food fest contest. I worked with my classmates to prepare a nutritious and delicious foods to sell using simple and affordable ingredients. It was fun and meaningful experience where we learned how to prepare healthy meals. Through this activity, I realized that promoting good nutrition can start with small steps, and that each of us can be part of the solution in creating a healthy and well- fed community

Green and Clean Mission

 Green and Clean Mission

I swept the paths, picked up litters, and made sure our surroundings looked clean and inviting.
Every clean space we create makes our community brighter.

After sweeping and collecting trashes, I felt proud knowing I contributed to a cleaner, and greener earth.
It's amazing how small actions can inspire big changes

I spent time clearing trash and sweeping leaves to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Clean surroundings means fewer hazards and more pleasing in the eyes.
Today wasn't just about sweeping and picking up trashes, it was about setting an example for others to care for our planet.
I swept, picked up trash, and left the area better and cleaner than how I found it, small steps toward a big change.

Learning and Overcoming Challenges in the First Quarter

Learning and Overcoming Challenges in the First Quarter

This quarter, I learned a lot of new things that helped me improve as a student. I realized how important it is to manage my time well so I can finish all my tasks on time. I also discovered that paying attention in class and asking questions when I don’t understand really helps me learn better. I learned how to use different ways of studying, like watching videos and reading extra materials, to understand the lessons more.

One of the hardest challenges I faced was doing all the requirements while also trying to understand the lessons. Sometimes the topics were difficult, and I felt overwhelmed because of the deadlines. There were also times when I got distracted and had a hard time focusing on my studies.

I tried to fix these problems by making a schedule and setting priorities so I know which task to do first. When I didn’t understand a lesson, I asked for help from my classmates or looked for explanations online. I also made sure to study little by little every day instead of cramming everything at the last minute.

Moving forward, I will do my best to manage my time better and avoid distractions when studying. I will listen more carefully in class and ask questions when something is not clear. I will also review my lessons regularly so I can understand them better and not feel stressed before exams.

Narration in my Own World

Narration in my Own World

Hi everyone! I am Clarrise Xyriel Rabang, and welcome to my blog! I am a Grade 10 Special Science Class Student at Ilocos Sur National High School. I was born on the 13th day of May in the year 2010. Personal development is one of my top priorities because I believe that constantly improving myself will help me reach my goals and become a better version of who I am.

In this blog, I'll be writing about myself, my likes, my passion and my goal in life. As an average teenage girl, collecting make ups and bags is one of my guilty pleasures. I do play Lawn tennis, but due to my tight schedule in school, it only became one of my hobby now. In school, I always try to do my best as I want to be successful someday. My goal in life is to give my family everything they want, to repay my parents even though they didn't ask for it, and to give my future family a comfortable life they deserve. Goals of mine wont be too hard to achieve if I put both determination and discipline in everything I do.

I feel deeply connected to my family and friends because they give me love, support, and a sense of belonging. Their presence makes me happy, and I value every moment we share together.

And, that's a little information about me. As I reflect on my life's journey so far, I'm reminded that growth, knowledge and self discovery are ongoing processes. I'm excited to explore new opportunities, pushing beyond my capabilities. Through this blog, I hope to share knowledge and build meaningful relationships with same- minded individuals. Thank you for being with me through this journey and I look forward to sharing more of my story with you.

A Message for a Chance

 A Message for a Chance

Dear President of the Philippines,

I hope you are doing well. I want to thank you for your hardwork a dedication to our country. Leading a nation is not easy, and i appreciate the effort you put into making Philippines a better country to live.

However, I want to share my concern about waste management, which has become a serious problem in our country. Every day, we see piles of garbage on streets, overflowing landfills, and very few proper recycling systems in place. This doesn’t just affect how our surroundings looks, it also harms our environment and health. If we don’t act now, issues like flooding, pollution, and the spread of diseases could get even worse. I truly believe that with stronger policies and more community involvement, we can work together to make our country cleaner and more sustainable for future generations.

Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to serving the people. May you continue to lead with wisdom, compassion, and integrity. You have our full support as we strive for a better and greener future for everyone.
